Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.
We can supply the window system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
The price is based on buyer's specific requirements. Please provide shop drawings/window schedule with dimensions, quantity, frame color, and glass specification (single/double/laminated, clear/tinted/Low-E).
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.
Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and shop drawings are confirmed.
Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, and properly functioning hardware under correct operation. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be delivered promptly.
