All products are custom-made according to the exact dimensions provided by the buyer to match specific architectural designs.

Q4: What is your standard delivery time and payment terms?

Delivery time is typically 38 days following deposit receipt and drawing confirmation. Standard payment terms require a 30% - 50% T/T deposit with the balance settled before delivery (Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted).

Q5: Do windows come with glass pre-installed?

Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure transportation safety and ease of installation. On-site glazing is recommended for exceptionally large units.

Q6: What warranty coverage is provided?

A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame color fading, finish peeling, and hardware operation under proper usage. Replacement parts are dispatched immediately via international courier if required.
