Packing & Loading Details

Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Place on iron steel pallets capable of loading 2.0 T goods (approx. 10-15 units of doors & windows).

All goods are fixed by steel bar with screws to the iron pallets to ensure stability. Wrap the pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Load into container using forklift, inserting air bags in pallet spaces to ensure 100% safe transportation.

Q What is your main product line?
We supply full window and door systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass) as well as finished products ready for immediate installation.
Q What is your estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit receipt and final technical drawings are confirmed.
Q What standard colors are available for aluminum frames?
Our standard powder coating options include Frost Black and Silver Grey, with custom finishes available upon request.
Q What are your standard payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit and the remaining balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q Do products come with glass installed or is onsite glazing required?
Glass is typically pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and easy installation onsite. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized units.
Q What warranty is provided with your products?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame color unfading and non-peeling, as well as proper hardware functionality under standard operation. Replacements are dispatched via international courier if quality issues arise.
