Q How can I know your price?

The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide information to help us quote exact price to you: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single/double/laminated) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without Argon).

Q What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

Our product is CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.

Q What is your delivery time?

Normally 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation.

Q What is your payment terms?

Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Q What is your warranty and how are quality problems handled?

7 years quality warranty is provided, including frame non-fading and non-peel-off, and properly working hardware/accessories. A 10-year warranty is offered for German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided immediately by international courier.
