Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safety during transport and easy installation. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized products.
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame fading, peel-off, and proper operation of hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be delivered promptly via international courier.
