Packing & Delivery

Step 1 Protective tape protects frames from scratches;

Step 2 Keep windows or doors fixed on iron pallets;

Step 3 Tie up windows or doors on the iron pallets with plastic belts;

Step 4 PE films to keep away from sea water;

Step 5 Fill in the space between each two iron pallets by air bags;

Step 6 Tie up iron pallets in container with plastic belts.

For commercial project, we can provide rated stillage which is tested by SGS lab.

Q: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

Our product is CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.

Q: What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?

10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of quality problems, replacement will be sent by international courier.

Q: Are your products certificated?

Yes, our products meet Australian standards (AS2047) and North American standards (NFRC/CSA/NOA).

Q: Will we need to install the glass onsite or do your windows come with the glass installed?

We install glass at factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and easy installation for buyers. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized products.
